Debra Dayton, B.S.B.A., CL.N

Debra’s passion for nutrition started in her early teens when she had the revelation that the foods she ate were having an impact on her debilitating migraines. This knowledge was a benefit a few years later when her doctor said she would have to be on medication for the rest of her life if she wanted to control her medical issues. She intuitively knew this advice was wrong and went straight to modifying her diet once again. Being able to heal herself through food for the second time was the catalyst for Debra to seek out a career in nutrition.

Debra graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor’s degree and later went on to the Academy of Natural Health Sciences where she received her certification in Clinical Nutrition and Holistic Health. Debra is excited to share her knowledge and follow her passion of helping others heal through nutrition.

Debra believes in a caring and gentile approach to nutritional counseling. She is always encouraging and never shames her clients for missteps. Debra goes by the moto, “Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life.” You will not regret taking this step toward health. You will regret not taking the chance.
